We offer two shipping methods for your Jeans, Sweaters, and other purchases:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your package of Pants or Shorts is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to love every Dresses and Loafers purchase from us. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Not final sale items
• Not washed or worn (for Sleepwear and Swimwear)
• Not missing hygiene liners (for Swimwear)

5.2 Return Process

To return your Shirts & Tops or other items:

2. Package items securely in original packaging
3. Ship using provided return instructions

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For size exchanges on Kids’ Sets or other items, follow the return process and clearly state your desired size. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
