Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Please return items in their original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Sleepwear that has been washed or worn
  • Any final sale items marked as such during promotions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

You’ll receive return instructions within 24 hours. Choose your return method:

  • DHL/FedEx (Prepaid Label)
    • Cost: $8.50 deducted from refund
    • Shipping Time: 5-7 business days
    • Best for: Quickest refund processing
  • EMS (Free Return)
    • Cost: Free for defective items
    • Shipping Time: 10-15 business days
    • Best for: International returns

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item cost minus any original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges of Dresses, Kids’ Sets, or other items:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state your desired exchange item(s) and sizes
  • We’ll ship your new items once we process your return
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Special Notes for International Customers

While we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • Customs fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • International refunds may take 7-10 additional days to appear in your account
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Sleepwear that has been washed or worn
  • All final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)
