I was totally blown away by the customer service reps at Zappos. When the shoes arrived, they were much too large for my nephews feet and it was no problem placing another order, and it was even mailed next day delivery – all because they wanted to make certain the shoes arrived in time for the first day of school. I have never experienced the telephone service that I received.
Also, the shoes arrived in great shape and fit just perfectly. He has worn them every day since receiving them. Thank you so much Zappos! You’re awesome!

These are beautiful shoes. I’m a man with a small foot (often resort to “w” size 6 or kids’ since men’s size 4/4.5 is basically impossible to come by), and can usually get by with a boys’ 4.5. These, however, ran way larger than any other boys’ shoe I’ve owned (ie, Vans, Topsider, etc), and unfortunately don’t seem to come any smaller. Just a word of caution for those hoping to make this great style work for themselves or their children!

Great shoes! These shoes look great, wear great and are all around great shoes for my 12-year old son, who by the way is very concerned about being fashionable and “in style”. I even had one of his teachers comment to me about how much she liked the loafers that he was wearing. He wears these with jeans as well as with his chinos.

These shoes are great but the size is baffling — the size 7 juniors I ordered were smaller than the size 6.5 juniors — the boxes both say “Junior” and the shoes are labelled correctly etc — so I would order a few pairs to be safe. The shoe itself is great.

My 9 year old son loves this shoe. When ordering I would order at least a half size smaller to a whole size. He wears a 5 1/2 and it was way to big. I love Zappos and how I was able to return the next day plus I received the new size I needed. Thanks Zappos for a great experience.

My son wears a size 6 comfortably, so we felt going up to the 6.5 could work to start the new school year. It is definitely too large and his heel comes out the back when he raises it. It’s a well made shoe, but would recommend your current shoe size without moving up a 1/2 size on this one.

These are really comfortable, and a great shade of tan. I know because my son and I now have the same size foot, and I slipped them on to walk the dog. I bought these for him to wear at our Fall family photo session, and they looked great with his jeans and navy cable sweater.

These are great shoes but they do run big. Some reviewers suggested buying a half size larger but this wasn’t my experience. We ended up ordering a whole size smaller and they’re still big. They also run wider than a typical loafer. We kept them since our son loves them so much and hope they’ll mold to his feet in time. Zappos was wonderful about returning the shoes for free and quickly sent out the new pair. Great Zappos experience. Well made shoes and worth the money but definitely don’t order up a size.

The style was perfect but the workmanship was a wee bit below standard for the brand. The sizing is off to a large degree so there were 3 returns until the shoes fit. My grandson wears a 7 normally BUT the 5 in this style was perfect. I would rate customer service 100% in dealing with this issue. The overall process was painless even though it was a bit tiresome.

Finally after 3 orders, I went from my normal size 6 1/2 all the way down to SIZE 5!!!!!!!! Very comfortable, stylish, and great with jeans. Believe me, THEY RUN 1 to 1 1/2 SIZES TOO LARGE!

My son wears a 5 in sneakers and they fit him perfect and I bought him these in a 5 and he had a half size more room with these even with socks on. The tan burnished leather is as they appear online. They are slightly different in color (lighter) than the ones for little kids. If you think you saw a difference in the depth of the color when looking at both, you were right. These are much cuter than the ones for little kids because they aren’t as narrow across the top of the shoe, but undoubtedly, they are very nice shoes for all ages.

Based on other reviews, I ordered a full size smaller. The 5.5 is the same as 6.5 in Geox moccasins. They are nice, though, and comfortable.
